As an accredited Social Worker, by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, with over 15 years of clinical psychotherapy experience; I am dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages, FLOURISH in the presence of life stressors and challenges.

Child and Adolescent Counselling
Providing kids with the tools they need to learn and grow. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to treat anxiety, depression and behavioural challenges in children/adolescents. Recognizing early symptoms and learning how to help your child cope with anxiety, depression, behaviour and other challenges will help them reach their full potential.
Family Counselling
Family Counselling is a supportive process designed to help families navigate challenges and improve communication. Through the use of guided discussions and therapeutic techniques, families can address conflicts, strengthen relationships, and foster a deeper understanding of one another. This collaborative approach empowers family members to work together towards resolution and, creating a healthier family dynamic.

I am interested in, but have never been to therapy…how do I get started?
It takes a lot of courage to start therapy. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation with myself so we can get to know each other. If you feel like it’s the fit is the right we can schedule an intake appointment together and go from there. One step at a time!
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment with Chantal is easy. Simply press the Book Now button and you will be brought to our scheduling site. From there select the type of service you need and the day/time that works best for you.
What can I expect from a session?
Your first appointment will be a 50-minute intake session is designed for us to get to know each other better and establish achievable goals tailored to your needs. In our future sessions, which will last 50 minutes, we will focus on progressing towards those goals.
Can I use my insurance to cover the cost of therapy?
Yes, of course! Use those benefits…although please make sure that your insurance company covers a Registered Social Worker. At the end of the session, you will be provided with an invoice that has my registration number on it to submit to your insurance company. If you have any questions, we can talk about this in the first session together.
